Logistics BusinessThird new entrant to the NAI apollo group network in a year

The network of the owner-managed real estate services
company NAI apollo group (headquartered in Frankfurt) is becoming increasingly attractive across
Germany. Strategpro Real Estate GmbH from the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region is to become an
official partner since 1st November 2015. The owner-operated company focuses primarily on the
marketing and letting of commercial real estate and commercial investments in the Mannheim,
Heidelberg and Ludwigshafen sub-markets. This latest new member further strengthens the presence
of the NAI apollo group network in Baden-Wurttemberg. Also based in this federal state is Objekta
Immobilienkontor, which operates in the Ulm/Neu-Ulm markets and joined the network at the
beginning of this year. Currently the NAI apollo group now comprises more than 165 experts at
branches and partner offices in nine locations across Germany.

Strategpro is the third company after Objekta (Ulm/Neu-Ulm) and Kasten-Mann (Berlin) to have joined
the German-wide partnership of owner-managed real estate experts this year. National and
international private and institutional investors, landlords and tenants rely on this network in their
search of suitable commercial space in Germany. The NAI apollo group manages various real estate
services in the fields of investment, letting, asset management, property management and building
management as well as corporate finance, corporate service, valuation and market research, and
integrates the know-how of all partners into a “one-stop shop” for investors, companies, organisations,
NGOs, associations and foundations.

“We are one of the leading estate agents in all three markets, and now want to transfer our regional
expertise into the national network of the NAI apollo group,”
said Jorg Runzler, founder and
managing director of Strategpro Real Estate GmbH. “In practice, this means on the one hand we will
support national and international investors and tenants in their search for property in the Rhine-
Neckar metropolitan region, which is heavily dominated by private investors. At the same time, we will
now be able to offer optimum support to large DAX corporations and medium-sized companies from
our region in implementing their national real estate strategies.”

“We looked at various networks and decided in favour of the NAI apollo group because it was the best
match for us,”
said Michael Christ, also founder and managing director of Strategpro Real Estate
GmbH. “All network partners are owner-managed, their interactions with one another are very collegial
and the core aim is always how best to approach and implement a real estate solution for a client.”

“Jorg Runzler and Michael Christ have already been successful players on the real estate markets in
Mannheim, Heidelberg and Ludwigshafen for almost 15 years,”
said Martin Angersbach, head of
Business Development Office, Germany at the NAI apollo group and responsible for the development
and expansion of the national partner network. “Strategpro Real Estate provides our network partners
and customers of the NAI apollo group with fully transparent and knowledge-based access to the
commercial property market in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.”

Recent successful lettings of Strategpro Real Estate GmbH, which was founded in 2014, include the
letting of 3,500 sqm of office space in a large commercial property in Mannheim, the Theo & Luise
property built in 1993 on Theodor-Heuss-Anlage. One key factor behind the success of this letting –
and something of a novelty for the market – was the commissioning of Strategpro as lead broker by the
owner, a property company of ActivumSG Capital Management Ltd., Jersey.
