Advanced Supply Chain awarded EU AEO certification

Bradford based logistics firm Advanced Supply Chain has been granted Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) accreditation by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
As an AEO certified carrier, Advanced Supply Chain has satisfied strict criteria of customs authorities across Europe and further afield, giving the business access simplified customs processes and the right to fast-track shipments through some customs and safety and security procedures.

AEO status is an industry kite mark and is recognised throughout the EU, with the European Commission recently announcing that the certification will be recognised in the US. AEO status will enable ASC to have goods subjected to fewer checks by the customs authorities when trading with the US, Canada, China, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
