Povoas UK Distribution Contract Awarded

The Knights of Old Group, one of the UKs largest privately owned logistics companies, has won the contract to provide UK-wide distribution to Povoas. Povoas Packaging Limited provide polythene packaging solutions to industries throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.

The two year agreement, effective January 2016 was won following a competitive tender against other third-party logistics providers. The Knights of Old Group was selected as a business partner because of its proximity to Midlands based Povoas, the BRC accreditation for Storage and Distribution and adding value to the supply chain.

Established in 1954 Povoas employ 120 staff and provide packaging solutions to many of same industrial sectors that the Knights of Old Group provide logistics solutions.
