Calsina Carre, leading Catalan multinational company in ground transport, logistics and software, continues investing in its headquarters in Pont de Molins (Girona). After an expansion of 16.500 m2 that was inaugurated last July, the company has just opened a 12.000 m2 parking area with a capacity for over 455 tractors, which will enable it to optimize the maneuverability and the daily logistics operations in the facilities of the company.

“This improvement represents a key step to reinforce our transport service in our main markets in Europe and thus continue with our strategic international expansion process”,
points out Margarita Pages, CEO of Calsina Carre. This work – which has involved an investment of 1.3€ million – will not be the last one carried out by the company, given that it envisages to expand its offices during 2016.

Calsina Carre has seen annual growth rates of 10 – 12% in the last five years and it expects to close this financial year with profits that are 10% greater than in 2014, when the company reached a 106€ million turnover.
