Inland container logistics company Pentalver has taken delivery of ten new Carrier Transicold Generator Sets at its Felixstowe depot. The Gensets are the 69RG15 series, incorporating the latest technology in autonomous power supply for Refrigerated Container Equipment. The additional units augment a UK wide fleet, in providing a robust network to support the movement of temperature controlled goods imported and exported from the UK.

Chief Operating Office Shaun Allen commented that “The investment is in line with the Pentalver Group policy to be at the forefront of temperature controlled container business, as part of an array of infrastructure services provided to the UK’s Container Supply Chain sector.” The Pentalver array of dedicated reefer services are a key area of business growth, along with all other container related operations at the strategically located deep sea port depots of Felixstowe, Southampton, Tilbury, London Gateway, complemented by an inland port facing facility at Cannock.
