New Commercial Manager For UKWA

UKWA the trade body for the supply chain and third party logistics industries has announced the appointment of Shoaib Vakil as its new Commercial Manager.

Before joining UKWA Shoaib held various operational roles with a number of well-known third party logistics specialists and has experience in industries as diverse as publishing and construction.

Shoaibs principal responsibility will be to develop and oversee the smooth running of UKWAs numerous services to members.

UKWAs services cover professional advice and guidance as well as a series of specialist Member Benefit Schemes specially negotiated by UKWA to enable its members to procure essential business support services easily and competitively.

Shoaib will also oversee UKWAs new Training and Education programme which will be rolled out early in 2016.
