Logistics BusinessLogistics Provider Part of Limburg Unique Show Collaboration

Emons Cargo is presenting itself at Munich’s transport logistic this week in a unique collaboration between 18 companies from the Dutch province of Limburg.

Limburg sees itself as the logistical hotspot of Europe, as it is a hub between Antwerp, Rotterdam and Germany’s Ruhr Valley. In addition, the province has a multimodal infrastructure. The European hinterland is easily accessible through the good connection and provides perfect access to other regions.

Emons Cargo, an established logistics service provider, is to show its 2WIN concept at the exhibition. This is a double deck trailer which can load up to 54 euro pallets; 63% more than a regular trailer hauls (33 euro pallets).  It is aimed at companies working with sustainability and the environment in mind and who make use of the 2WIN concept in their logistic supply chain. The company says a saving of CO2 emissions of up to 40% and considerable cost savings are generated.
