PalletPal now under Hymo Brand in UK after VPG Acquisition

Vertical Positioning Group has acquired the PalletPal product line from Southworth Handling Ltd (SHL).
Founded in 1988, SHL has over the years developed a strong base for the PalletPal product line in UK. Customers include major manufacturing companies, as well as a variety of smaller distributors and end users. The PalletPal product line will be marketed and sold under the Hymo brand in UK.
“The acquisition of the PalletPal business brings back an old friend to the Southworth family as well as strengthening our position in UK. This is a strategic expansion for us as we drive to widen the value we bring to our customers. The former owner, Peter Brook, has built a business focused on the customer, quality and commitment,” stated Håkan Nilsson, VPG CEO.
