Automated logistics solutions provider TGW is seeking up to 50 new colleagues to support its on-going growth both in the UK and overseas.

As one of the world’s leading providers of automated logistics solutions for warehousing and distribution operations, TGW has experienced considerable growth in recent years with around 2,300 employees worldwide achieving Group sales revenues of 475 million Euros in 2014/2015.

The company is looking to continue building on its strong presence in Northern Europe, recruiting not only in the UK but also in the Benelux and Nordics regions. With positions for up to 50 engineering professionals, which include solutions designers and project managers, there are also opportunities in HR and accountancy as well as graduate placements and apprenticeships for school leavers.

The majority of the roles will be field-based with some located at TGW’s state-of-the-art UK and Northern Europe head office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Designed with an emphasis on sustainability, the building provides a modern and comfortable working environment for its 194 staff, and contains break out spaces, quiet zones, a rooftop garden and a gymnasium.

“We’re searching for experienced and aspiring engineers to join our growing business,”
says TGW’s HR manager Lisa Haggar. “With increasing demand for our automated systems in the UK and across Northern Europe, we want to continue providing the best possible service and designing innovative solutions for our customers.

“TGW takes pride in providing a modern work environment with a great company culture and exciting career prospects. What’s more, we actively encourage diversity amongst our workforce and welcome young people and women into our engineering teams.”
