Win For DSV Commercials at Dealer Awards

DSV Commercials was named winner of the large dealership category at the annual MAN Truck & Bus UK Dealer of the Year Awards, Edinburgh. The annual conference and awards were held in Edinburgh on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 20-22 January.
This particular award was measured on:
• Quality of Service (Up Time Principle KPI’s)
• Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Brand Representation
• Business Composite monthly submission
• Retail Parts Performance
To make the night even more pleasurable, DSV Commercials won a Gold Award for being recognised as a 5 star service provider – only 4 out of 67 workshops achieved 28 out of 28 KPI’s delivering customer excellence throughout 2016, and DSV Commercials was one of them.
