Andy Harding,
Lead Director of the JLL UK Industrial & Logistics Group, commented: “We are absolutely delighted that we were able to convince Laura to join us. Her appointment demonstrates our ongoing commitment to recruit personnel of the highest calibre who will continue to provide an unrivalled service for our growing spectrum of Occupier clients.”

David Baker

We are delighted that Sarah Gillie (nee Henderson) is joining us in October as a partner from FCC Environment. Sarah will specialise in planning and development consultancy on major projects, as well as compulsory purchase claims for those affected by HS2, Crossrail and regeneration schemes.

“This is a significant appointment for Baker Rose as we continue to develop our transport related development consultancy. Sarah has managed FCC’s negotiations for a new rail terminal with HS2, and undertaken a wide range of environmental, planning and development roles, both within FCC’s operating business and previously with Wardell Armstrong LLP.”
