IDI Gazeley, a leading global investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, has announced the successful leasing of a 258,503 sq ft unit at Magna Park, Lutterworth and a 297,111 sq ft unit at Daventry Distribution Centre to two leading American ecommerce businesses.

Magna Park, Lutterworth and Daventry Distribution Centre are both located in the Midlands’ ‘Golden Triangle’ for logistics property which has access to over 85% of the UK Population within a 4.5 hour drive.

Building 4400 at Magna Park, Lutterworth, is a newly refurbished 15-year-old cross dock facility with 131 dock level loading doors, 185 car parking spaces, and 163 HGV parking spaces.

Daventry Distribution Centre is an integral part of IDI Gazeley’s rolling “spec build program.” It is situated on Royal Oak Industrial estate and has 28 dock level loading doors, 3 level access doors, 230 car parking spaces and 120 HGV parking spaces.

Magna Park, Lutterworth is the largest and most successful dedicated distribution hub in Europe and is home to some of the leading third-party logistics, distribution and e-commerce businesses in the world including Asda, Argos and DHL.

Daventry Distribution Centre, in addition to its excellent road links being just a short distance away from a number of national motorways including the M45, M1, M6 and M40, benefits from strong rail and air connections with Luton, Birmingham and East Midlands airports all within a one hour drive.
