Leading end-to-end logistics services provider Torque has continued to set the pace with its innovative thinking by teaming up with new brand Nubian Skin.

Torque agreed to partner with Nubian Skin in early 2014, ahead of the brands’ launch, and will now provide its entire warehouse and logistics operation for both direct customers and wholesale accounts. Services include: Freight; e-fulfilment; customs support; quality checking; pick and pack; distribution and returns management.

In addition to these services, Torque has also taken Nubian Skin through the rigorous customs process for commercial invoicing, sourced packaging and labelling and provided advice to support the launch and ongoing operations.

Explaining the partnership, Ade Hassan, founder, Nubian Skin, said: “As we were a start-up company, Torque took a chance on us as they believed in our vision. They have been instrumental in our growth by making sure everything from a logistics perspective runs seamlessly. Nubian Skin launched in October 2014 with a carefully edited collection of lingerie and hosiery to provide the essential underwear needs of women of colour.
