Business mobility provider Alphabet has named Christel Reynaerts (pictured) as Chief Executive Officer at Alphabet Netherlands, starting September 1st.

Currently CEO of Alphabet Belgium, she started her career at the BMW Group in 2005 as General Manager in International Sales at Alphabet. She gained vast experience as Head of Commercial Finance at BMW Financial Services as well as Head of International Corporate Sales for BMW.

She follows Jorge Bautista, who will move on to the “Used Car Business” within the BMW Group America.

Erik Swerts will be the successor of Christel Reynaerts. He will start his new role as Chief Executive Officer of Alphabet Belgium on September 1. Currently Chief Operations Officer at Alphabet Belgium, he has been with the BMW Group since 2011, where he was appointed as COO for the Belgium market and has acquired extensive knowledge in all areas of operational leasing and fleet management.

Prior to this Erik was Director of Operations at ING Car Lease where he had held various operational roles since 1988.

Alphabet is a leading provider of Business Mobility in Europe, Australia and China. Founded in 1997 as a division of BMW Group, the company has extensive knowledge of international fleet management and leasing.
