UK health food wholesaler Queenswood Natural Foods has adopted Voiteq’s VoiceMan Warehouse Execution System (WES), and says it has connected its Lady Lodge warehouse management system (WMS) to voice with ease.
Queenswood implemented Voiteq’s business intelligence suite in order to obtain real-time operational visibility as well as historical dashboard reporting and predictive analytics for future planning.
Alex Sewell, Store Manager at Queenswood Natural Foods said: “Since we implemented the Voiteq system at the start of the year, our pick accuracy has improved to 99% and our operations is now a lot more transparent.”
Using the latest Talkman A710 belt-worn computers and wireless SRX2 Bluetooth headsets along with the ‘RapidStart’ training feature, all 10 associates were fully operational by day two. The voice templates took just 15 minutes per user; enabling Queenswood Natural Foods to benefit from a speaker-dependent (trained) and better quality voice-recognition to further increase its efficiency across the DC.
