bekuplast Acquires Poland Plastics Manufacturer

The bekuplast group of companies has acquired ERG-System S. A., a Polish manufacturer of plastic products.
ERG-System S.A. is based in Łaziska Górne, can look back on over 40 years of success in the plastic industry, and has specialized in the production of reusable transport packaging for a variety of industries, amongst other things.
bekuplast says that the strategic acquisition of the Polish plastics specialist serves to further strengthen its market position in international competition.
“The merger is attended by positive synergy effects,” said a spokesperson. “The know-how and innovativeness of the two companies are pooled, and the product range will be even more extensive in the future.”
