Woodway UK Acquired by Bunzl Plc

Bunzl plc, the international distribution and outsourcing Group has acquired Woodway UK Ltd.
Purchased at the end of December, Woodway is a leading supplier of both packaging products and solutions to a variety of end user customers in a number of market sectors throughout the UK. Based in Northampton, the business specialises in supporting the e-commerce activities of customers operating in the retail supplies sector. Revenue in the year ended 30 June 2016 was £31 million.
