Emballage 2010: BEUMER informs about innovative packaging solutions:
Safe palletising and packaging
The BEUMER group shows its high level of competence both in palletising and in packaging palletised goods at the Emballage 2010 packaging trade fair in France.
At the Emballage trade fair in Paris-Nord Villepinte (hall 5a, stand 3152) the BEUMER group, based in Beckum, Germany, informs interested visitors about its innovative palletising solutions. The BEUMER product range includes, for example, the BEUMER robotpac®, a space-saving, fully automatic articulated robot, which is able to solve even complex palletising and de-palletising tasks reliably and efficiently. Containers such as bags, cardboard boxes, crates, canisters or trays can be palletised safely and efficiently. BEUMER has developed gripping systems that are easily exchangeable and suitable for all types of packaged goods.
The paletpac® series developed by BEUMER includes high-capacity machines that palletise bulk material filled in bags. The company will show a model to demonstrate this to the visitors. The geometric accuracy and stability of the palletised stacks enables trouble-free storage and ensures safe integration with a downstream packaging system. The BEUMER stretch hood® high-capacity packaging system offered by BEUMER for this purpose packs palletised goods with minimal film consumption and secures the load with a perfectly fitting film hood. In addition, an excellent display of the packaged goods is achieved. Apart from securing goods on pallets, the BEUMER stretch hood® is also able to create so-called inliners (insertable bags) and insert them in octagonal bins made of corrugated board - so-called Oktabins.
