Leif Krönkvist appointed Director Business Development for Agility Area West

Agility appoints Leif Krönkvist as Director Business Development of its Area West, located in Basel, Switzerland, and reporting to the Area CEO, Hans Enzler. Leif is responsible for the expansion of Agility’s business and customer relationships in France and Switzerland, and the development of the key trade lanes Asia, India, North America, Middle East and Europe.

Leif Krönkvist joined Agility in 2007 as member of the European Business & Development Team, and as Director of Tender Management and Implementation. Under his leadership, regional and global tender guidelines were developed and implemented. The cooperation across the business development departments was taken to a new level of effectiveness and efficiency and got rewarded by significant business wins.

Leif has spent his entire professional career of over 20 years within the logistics industry in various European markets, the last before joining Agility being the Head of Global Tender & Implementation Management for Schenker AG based in Essen (Germany).

Leif holds a Bachelor in Market economy from IHM Business School in Gothenburg, Sweden. He is a member of Agility’s Senior Leadership program.
