The Grimaldi Group has completed the full take over of the port of Wallhamn, the only private port in Sweden. The operation is part of a strategy aimed at continuously strengthening the Group’s maritime-related activities and involved the purchasing of 50% of the shares of Wallhamn Holding AB, the company that owns the port, from Eukor Car Carriers Inc.
