Jones Lang LaSalle appointed as joint agents on M1stral 260 in Hemel Hempstead

On behalf of Clive Conyers and Peter Chapman, Joint LPA Receivers, Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as joint agents along with M3 and Lambert Smith Hampton on M1stral 260, a new, 260,000 sq ft industrial and distribution building in Hemel Hempstead.

The property, which has recently been competitively re-priced by the receivers, comprises 242,440 sq ft of warehouse space with an additional 18,503 sq ft of fully fitted offices over three storeys. Strategically located in the Maylands area in Hemel Hempstead, close to Junction 8 of the M1, the warehouse also benefits from an internal height of 12 metres and a 50m deep service yard.

Commenting on the instruction, Nigel Harris, director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s National Industrial & Logistics Agency team, said: “With limited availability of similar sized units of this specification in the southern M1 corridor and in light of the revised pricing, we expect a good level of interest from a variety of businesses seeking realistically priced and well-located logistics premises.”

The property is available on either a freehold or leasehold basis.
