0080024CARGOBULL throughout Europe

From now on you only need one number to contact the Schmitz Cargobull breakdown service in an emergency. CARGOBULL euroservice of the blue elephant provides assistance throughout Europe! The name says it all - 00 800 24 CARGOBULL (number key 00 800 24 227 462 855)!

From now on the Schmitz Cargobull European service can be reached on this service number free of charge. If there is no GSM network available, drivers that have broken down can reach the central breakdown service on + 49 7333 808 143.

Once a connection has been established the driver can select his own mother tongue.

Then assistance is provided by a professional CARGOBULL euroservice coordinator. In order to be able to deal with the breakdown as quickly as possible, the driver should have the following data at hand: chassis number, registration number, location details, telephone numbers and address of the firm, as well as his own name and mobile telephone number. With this data the CARGOBULL Euroservice (in: A, B, BY, CH, CZ, D, DK, E, EST, F, FIN, GB, GR, H, I, IRL, LT, LV, N, NL, P, PL, RUS, S, SK, UA) will then search for a suitable service partner nearby and inform the driver of the time of arrival of the breakdown assistant, who will contact the driver before setting off in order to confirm the initial diagnosis and obtain any spare parts required. As the coordinator of all of the procedures involved the CARGOBULL euroservice will keep everyone informed on a regular basis of the status of the work.

The fast breakdown assistance is provided by 850 Schmitz Cargobull Service Partners throughout Europe and a further 200,000 authorised workshops in 40 countries. The CARGOBULL euroservice offers not only breakdown assistance for all types of trailers, but also a towing and recovery, tyre, cooling unit, tail lift, axle and electronic/electric service. Upon request advice can be provided on the law and average agents, and replacement

vehicles and drivers can also be arranged. A particular advantage is enjoyed by Schmitz Cargobull customers with a full service agreement: this also includes a payment guarantee in the case of a breakdown.
