Toyota Completes Vanderlande Acquisition

Toyota Industries Corporation’s acquisition of Vanderlande has been completed.

The Dutch automation and logistics processes specialist, is, as of today, a part of Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO).

The acquisition, announced in late March, signifies TICO’s strategic ambition to increase its presence in automated material handling, and it further cements the group’s global leading position for total solutions within the sector.

Vanderlande will retain its name and corporate identity, as well as continue its operations as a standalone entity from the same locations worldwide.
