New Head of Intralogistics for Siemens UK & Ireland

Scott Read has been appointed as the new Head of Intralogistics at Siemens UK and Ireland.
Read, who has been at Siemens for seven years, will work in close collaboration with other Siemens teams across both digital factory and process and drives divisions present within the logistics industry. He said: “As the sector further embraces digitalisation, understanding the specific challenges customers face will be key to unlocking its true potential.”
Brian Holliday, Managing Director of Siemens Digital Factory UK, added: “Scott will prove instrumental in developing and implementing our business strategy across the logistics industry and enable our customers to derive even more value going forward.”
