Agility Brussels Earns Authorized Economic Operator Certification
BASEL, Switzerland – June 25, 2012 – Agility, a leading global logistics provider, recently received Authorized Economic Operator Full (AEO-F) certification in Brussels, Belgium. In order to qualify for this certification in customs simplifications, security and safety, Agility had to review and optimize its processes to meet strict levels of compliance with local customs regulations, accounting, liquidity, and security standards.
The accreditation assures Agility customers receive significant business benefits: simplified customs procedures and security inspections, faster movement of goods, and fewer inspections of incoming and outgoing goods.
