Jones Lang LaSalle offers diamond opportunity to acquire aircraft hangar at London Stansted

SR Technics has appointed global real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle to market The Diamond Hangar, a 260,000 sq ft aircraft hangar with extensive apron located at London Stansted Airport in Essex.

The steel framed building encompasses hangar space, workshops, extensive storage space and office accommodation. With both landside and airside access the premises are available via sub-lease in part or whole or to purchase.

Bridget Outtrim, director of National Industrial & Logistics at Jones Lang LaSalle, England, said: “The Diamond Hangar represents a rare opportunity to acquire the only wide body facility at Stansted Airport which has the flexibility to accommodate a range of aircraft.”

Bridget continued: “This is a unique instruction and we are working with our Port, Airport and Global Infrastructure Services team, who bring aviation expertise on an international level, to market the premises.”
